Waterloo Woman Dies After Falling Out of Car Saturday Night

One person has died after falling out of a moving vehicle south of Waterloo on Saturday night.  Black Hawk County Sheriff’s deputies say 22-year old Tejanna Hatt of Waterloo fell out of a car and onto the roadway in the 8000 block of Ansborough Avenue around 7:00PM. Hatt was taken to MercyOne Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead.

The Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol and the Hudson Fire Department and Ambulance. This is in an ongoing investigation and anyone who has information regarding the incident can call the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office at 319-291-2587.
