Waterloo Manufacturing Firm To Receive State Tax Credits For Expansion Plans

Advanced Heat Treat Corporation of Waterloo has been approved for $93,000 in tax credits by the Iowa Economic Development Authority Board. The money, which comes from the IEDA’s Business Incentives for Growth program, will support future growth at the facility. The company plans to expand its location at 2839 Burton Avenue, which will include a new furnace line with double the weight capacity and greater size capabilities to process larger parts.
