Waterloo Police have arrested a 27-year old man in connection with the death of a woman Saturday morning. Police responded to 3912 Butternut Lane around 11:30 AM for a welfare check request. On arrival, officers found 50-year old Stephanie Turner dead. After an investigation, police arrested Nicholas John Fettkether. He’s been charged with second degree murder and is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
