Former MET Transit GM Little To Run For BHC Supervisor

The field for the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors Democratic candidates will be a large one, especially with those vying for the various district seats, come primary time in June.  In District 4, there will be three vying for that seat. They include two incumbents, Tavis Hall and Richie Kurtenbach, and newcomer Mark Little.   Little, for many years, was the longtime general manager of Met Transit in Waterloo, and he explains what made him decide to run for the supervisors’ seat.

Little starts off by saying his campaign will focus on strengthening the county’s fiscal oversight, but place a “fresh perspective” along with it.

Little talks of the importance of investing in the county’s infrastructure.

Little adds he does have experience in working with advocacy of mental health services.
