Outpouring Of Support for Family of Waterloo Teen Killed In Car Crash

An outpouring of support has occurred for the family of a Waterloo teenager who died after a crash early Tuesday morning in rural Black Hawk County. The Iowa State Patrol says 15-year old Ciara Crisman was killed in a crash with a semi south of Dunkerton. A GoFundMe account was established to help support Crisman’s family. As of Wednesday night, over $17,000 has been raised. The Dunkerton Community School District has made counselors available for those in need of support at this time.
