The body of a missing Tama County man has been found in Newton County, Arkansas. 22-year old Nicholas Collins had been missing from his home in Garwin since December 19th. He was reported missing after family and friends hadn’t been able to contact him. His white Mini Cooper car was found New Year’s Day at a trailhead in the Ozark National Forest area in Johnson County, Arkansas with the license plates removed. Tama County Sheriff’s officials had said that Collins left a note that he was “going away for a while.” At this stage, officials say there’s no evidence of foul play and an investigation into Collins’ death continues.
