A 39-year old Dunkerton man was arrested by Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday morning. According to a report posted on social media, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious male walking along Willow Road near 20th Street just before 11AM. A Fayette County Sheriff’s deputy later located Shawn P. Hansen near W Ave and 20th Street. Hansen attempted to run away through a field and was subsequently tased and taken into custody to the Fayette County Jail without further incident. Hansen was charged with interference with official acts. Hansen was also sought by the Oelwein Police Department from another incident on Wednesday night.
