Cedar Falls softball falls, 8-0, to Linn-Mar in 5A State Tournament semifinals

The Cedar Falls high school softball team lost 8-0 to Linn-Mar in the Class 5A State Tournament semifinals in Fort Dodge this afternoon.

Linn-Mar starting pitcher Emily Koranda threw a complete game, one-hitter against the Tigers, who left six runners on base in the loss.
